Monika Bagaric was born on March 25th, 1972 in Munich, Germany. She finished compulsory education in Velika Gorica, and high school in Zagreb, Croatia.
She has been painting professionally since 1995 and gained her artistic status and was accepted as a member of the Croatian Association of Artists (HDLU) in 1997 and a member of LIKUM the same year.
Upon now she had had 25 exhibitions, including in Germany (Munich), Austria (Salzburg), Netherlands (Utrecht) and South Korea.
In the year 2003, her painting The City (oil on canvas) was included in the World Encyclopedia of Contemporary Art "1001 Reasons to Love the Earth" (issued by 2000 Foundation, The Netherlands).
