I have a degree in fine art and while doing this I began selling my first few pieces and working as a mural artist. I now have my own gallery and working studio in Cheshire, called Studioart Gallery, and I work and sell from there. My clients range, and include some celebrities and well known premiership footballers. My work also appeared on MTV footballers cribs in 2006.
I specialise in wildlife and animal paintings, doing large canvas work of wildlife subjects and smaller pet portraits when commissioned.
With my wildlife subjects I do a lot of studying in zoos and safari parks, to gain my inspiration I will watch sketch and photograph for hours on end. I like to watch the movement of the creature and their personality, every detail is important to me. When I come to my paintings I try to take the caged animals and set them free into different suroundings and places similar to their natural habitats.
