The scene is the Kimberley region of Western Australia.

There is an Olive python (Liasis olivaceus) in the Boab tree (Adansoinia gregorii) and Red-collard Lorikeet (Trichoglossus rubritorquis) is on the menu.

But there’s a happy ending : Olive, the python, was so heavy that she fell to the ground when the branch broke.

She slithered back into the hole at the base of the tree and the bird flew away to catch up to his mate
