Margaret Thatcher and Deng Xiao Ping had a really historical "Decisive
Meeting" for Hong Kong's return to China. President Dang assured Prime
Minister Thatcher that "IT WILL BE ONE NATION, but two economical and
political systems"...
This painting was the most publicized art work in newspapers, magazines
and TV, at that time. Its artistic and historical value is extremely high. During
the exhibition in 1997, an Irish art dealer (my and his images were publicized
in many chinese and english news paper) offered me 1997 RMB 200,000,
($ 25,000 USA dollars) but I didn't accept it.
